Eli Bars

Eli Bars were inspired by larabars, but they are lower in calories and sugar with the addition of oats. Feel free to mix up the nuts, dried fruit, and create your very own favorite flavors! Below are two of our favorites so far.

Oatmeal Raisin Eli Bars

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients except water in the food processor and process until finely ground.
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon water at a time until mixture sticks together.
  3. On a cutting board, form the mixture into a rectangle and cut into bars, squares, or roll into balls.
  4. The bars will firm up in the refrigerator. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
